Business Details
We are a team of dedicated craftsmen serving homeowners, designers, and builders across Northern Michigan. Our collective experience in stone fabrication and installation spans nearly two decades, ensuring every project is handled with precision. We combine old world craftsmanship with modern technology to deliver countertops of the highest quality. Unlike many competitors, we perform all fabrication and installation work in-house, giving us unmatched quality control. Our sink mounting process uses T-Slots and adhesive for a mechanical and chemical bond that is the most secure in the industry. We employ stainless steel pins with two-part epoxy to create seams that are both smooth and permanent.
Our edge polishing technique uses grinding and hard back pads, avoiding wax that can wear away over time. We template with your existing countertops in place, so you never have to live with a torn-up kitchen during fabrication. Your old countertops are removed the same day as the new installation, minimizing disruption to your home. Our team treats every home as if it were their own, covering and protecting all floors during the process. We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, committing to make things right if you are not completely happy. Our goal is to provide the most informative customer service and the best pricing possible for stone countertops in the region.

We had our new quartz kitchen counters installed earlier this year and we could not be more happy with the product and the company as a whole. We picked this company (over a box store) because everything from the sale, creation of the product, installation.was all done through 1 place.

Our experience with Petoskey Granite has been wonderful! We want to thank Kathleen, Patrick, Jeff, Jeff, and Riley for their expertise and craftsmanship on our granite projects both from 4years ago and this past Fall. Our first project was small but we were very impressed with their attention to detail and the friendly professional attitudes of all involved so we decided they were the best crew to do our current project as well.
We had one hiccup with our current project which they handled quickly, professionally, and without question. From the initial meet with Kathleen to the templating and layout as well as the very impressive install, we would strongly recommend them to others!

From the sales experience to the technicians, they were top notch. We had a scheduling glitch due to being busy and shorthanded but they made up for it by squeezing me in, and showed great customer service by following up with me to make sure I was a happy customer. They threw in a quartz cutting board for the inconvenience! I always say, "It's not if someone makes a mistake that counts, it's how they handle it when they do." Granite & Quartz Countertops customer service is a model for others. I am very satisfied with my countertops and will definitely use them again!

Changing countertops was the first big project we undertook as first time homeowners, and I couldn't have asked for better service and install. Everyone we worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. The install guys made it look easy, and the results are perfect. Thank you guys!
