I had an in store consultation on May 10 for a kitchen/dining room project. The meeting was productive and I was looking forward to seeing the design. Unfortunately that was almost a month ago, and I've had no response since to emails or phone messages. I understand everyone in the industry is extremely busy right now; if you're too busy to take this project I wish you would have just been honest and let me know. Now I've lost month and have to start over with another business. Very frustrated.

We purchased cabinetry from EW for our kitchen remodel last year. Some of the items we purchased were not what we ordered but they appeared to work out fine (that was on us). We did note a few discrepancies whereas EW sent a rep to the house in an effort to make it right which they got close but replaced a defective cabinet door with a "less defective" cabinet door. At that point I was over it. The rep did say they were available to assist in the future for any issues.

Now we're about a year out from the original install and a primary pantry door is falling apart and they haven't responded to any of our concerns. A kitchen remodel is an expensive process and customers should expect to see the value for the cost. In this case, I certainly do not.

Very pleased! Eric was great, I came in with my own design, and I do have a small kitchen as well as a budget. I had gone to a few other showrooms and it felt like the designers just sort of took one look at me and weren't as psyched about my project because I wasn't looking for top of the line, or I already had a plan in place, or it just wasn't a big job. I don't know, but that was the impression I got.

That is not what happened with Eric, he was just as excited about the plan as we were. Also, the floor models were beautiful and I ended up falling in love with one of the options they had on the floor, which made shopping even easier. They stand behind their products and even had an installer come out and help square up a frame that was slightly bent. That installer gave my dad (my contractor), tips on how to complete my project which was super helpful as well.

I do sincerely believe that no matter the project, customer service that you all provided, as well as the great product I ended up getting, makes for a long term customer. Although this project is smaller, if I have more projects in the future I know a great place to start. Thank you so much!
