Disgusted. In 2014 I worked with Fairview and a local contractor on a kitchen and bathroom remodel. At that time I had a positive experience, so when it came time to remodel my current kitchen, I decided to engage the same contractor and Fairview again. The only difference was the Fairview designer. I have been to Fairview twice since September 2021, once with the contractor. I have had the designer and my contractor to the house for measurements.
My contractor has called to ask about the progress. I have sent pictures, made decisions, and have clearly indicated my intentions to move forward. I received a quote from my contractor, BUT NOTHING.NOTHING from Fairview. It is 5 months since I initiated this project. Nothing. I am disappointed and confused as to how Fairview runs it's business.

I had a great experience working with Thomas P. at Fairview in Seabrook. He was very helpful in helping me choose and order the proper windows, interior and exterior wood doors and skylights for our new home. He also took the time to create some door/window renderings to help with my decisions. I would recommend Fairview for competitive pricing and great customer service.

Fairview Millwork worked with us to transform our small, dark, cottage kitchen into a beautiful, state of the art, dream kitchen. Our project consisted of a complete kitchen remodel with new cabinets, countertops, appliances and sink as well as a new deck and French doors at our entrance, windows, and a slider and deck at our back door. Their talented team of designers helped us create an efficient, purposeful kitchen design while still maintaining the current footprint of the house due to town regulation limits. The team was creative, flexible and responsive throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend the talented team at Fairview Millwork for any home project.

Horrible experience with Lonnie. The back and forth process to get a custom window quoted and on order took weeks only to have the size be wrong when I received it. Very specific dimensions and pictures were provided via phone and email and the window was still botched. What should have been a quick install turned into a 4 hour re-framing and trimming ordeal because of Fairview's mistake. No recourse or compensation was offered and my issue was met with extreme rudeness.
After asking around I found this is the typical experience with Fairview. Wish I'd have checked before instead of trusting. Editing my review in response to the owner: Your info is untrue. I ordered 46 5/8". I specifically stated the window could be no wider with Lonnie. I have emails to prove this. The window arrived at 47 1/2". That's on you. Such poor customer relations.
