Patient, kind, hardworking, fair. Love the cabinets. Whole kitchen remodel. One custom cabinet was not perfect. Yet, the design was creative, cabinets are what I expected and I'm happy with the results. They did not over promise. Service: Custom cabinet design & installation

We just finished out kitchen remodel with J and J here in Santee. We totally love our new kitchen. We were having some trouble trying to figure out the design, we just were not happy with the space and Jeremiah worked really hard to help us figure out how to make the best of our space. He actually drew up about 3 different designs for our kitchen in the computer software which really helped us to visualize the space.
Their installers which I think are Jeremiahs brothers came out and did the demo of the old cabinets and countertops and were super fast and clean, especially for the tear out. The cabinets went in super quick and the finish on them was fantastic. They even coordinated my countertops for me through a local company that they work with. Overall they made it a pretty simple process and we couldn't be happier.

Dealt with this company for my last couple of remodels and every time it's a huge headache. Never again. They insist on hindering communication between the delivery company and I.never seen this before with any other company. It's weird and unnecessary that they won't simply provide them with our telephone number. Save yourself the headache go with any of the other local cabinet stores that operate normally.
