I sent them an email regarding some work that I need done. It is admittedly a smaller project but I was more than willing to compensate them for their time. The response I received, in it's entirety, was "not interested". I understand that there is a lot of work at this moment, and so businesses have the ability to pick and choose between customers, but if they can't even answer with a respectful "we are too busy at this time and can't take on this project", they are not a business that I would consider doing business with in the future.

Built the cabinets for master bath and delivered same to the upstairs bath area. Quality work and the most reasonably priced in our area. Will be using his services to reface kitchen cabinets and the pricing is 40% of what Home Depo wanted.
