Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness After 3 weeks waiting on a simple quote for one small cabinet I give up. I was promised a response in 3 business days. After 2 weeks I called again and was promised a response the next day. Never heard anything.

We have been extremely satisfied with our Swan Creek cabinets. Andy did a great job helping us design the perfect layout for our kitchen remodel. The cabinets are high quality and the finish has held up well, especially with the beating our young kids inflict on them. The installation crew was amazing, and very detail oriented. I'd highly recommend the Swan Creek team and products.

We had Swan Creek design and install cabinets 2 years ago. They were great to work with from start to finish. On top of that, they have top-notch customer service. We had damage to one of the cabinet doors a month ago and I called to see what we could do to repair. I sent some pictures and Mike called me back and said no problem, they would fix it at no charge. I would highly recommend people looking at kitchen cabinets take a look at this company. They definitely take care of their customers.
