Ehrlich's did a complete Kitchen remodel with gorgeous new comfort height cabinets quartz countertops, and beautiful vinyl plank flooring. Rob was the lead carpenter and his skill and timeliness were excellent. Any corrections needed were fixed to my complete satisfaction. The price I paid was $3,000 cheaper than the closest bidder. Loved the selection of materials and colors available. COVID supply delays were all taken care of.

The receptionist Eileen is the absolute most vile person I have ever had to do deal with. I've tried to continue to use this company because the guys that do the work are good and pleasant to deal with, but no more. I would gladly pay competitors double to never speak with Eileen again. If you call for a maintenance appointment, she makes you wait months for an appointment, and will only give you a day, not a specific time. Basically if you have a job, or any sort of life at all, you can't use this company. I need a new furnace but I'll be calling someone else.

Service was great, technician was professional, courteous and efficient. I appreciate them fixing the AC for us during this bad heat. However - A "Travel Charge" of $75 was not directly indicated when I originally set the appointment and was pretty upset when I found that I had to pay that fee. I live off Howdershell road, just under a mile away from the office. Was told that he most likely came from another job, hence the charge and that it "is what everyone has to pay." That's not a very logical reason to charge me $75 extra dollars, especially since for all I know his last job site was in my neighborhood. Pretty upset about that, but it is what it is.

We are very, very happy with the work that Ehrlich's did on our bathroom remodel. They made sure the remodel on our bathroom was exactly the way we wanted it. They did a terrific job and each day, the workers made sure to clean up all their mess. We are extremely happy with the work Ehrlich's did on our bathroom, and would definitely recommend them to everyone!
