Shawn's father, Terry owned and operated Northland since1984. Shawn has worked in the family business for over 20 years and took over ownership in 2020. His hands-on experience has made him one of the best cabinet makers in the business. Katie has over 15 years' experience in customer service and business administration.

The company's 30,000-square-foot facility in Maple Grove, Minnesota, which houses a showroom and complete manufacturing facility, has served customers since the beginning.
