Yesterday evening a pipe burst open while I was attempting to loosen the water line to our kitchen sink. I called RJ Tilley and someone actually answered the after hours line. I was put in touch with the on-call plumber (Tony), who made it to our home in about half an hour. Tony is incredible! He immediately assessed the damage and was able to solder the pipe with a new valve. He had me turn the water back on and waited to ensure there were no leaks.
This was done in less than an hour. Tony was kind, courteous and professional. He also gave me a few pointers on handling the copper pipes. We are so grateful to Tony snd RJ Tilley. They are now our plumbers. Thank you!

Thank you to RJ Tilley. We discovered a basement full of water, I called at 1230 and someone arrived by 1. Tony arrived, identified the leak and along with another gentleman solved our problem, repairing an underground pipe that was leaking. Many, many thanks to the timely solution to an awful problem! RJ Tilley work caused a massive flood in my house. Tilley President was helpful and apologetic UNTIL insurance claim was involved - then it was crickets. RJ Tilley's insurance company didn't want to take responsibility for the flood. An 8-year old child could have determined that RJ Tilley was at fault. The insurance claim took ONE YEAR to be settled - in my favor. Also, they set a very expensive toilet that is showing signs at the floor of not being set 100% correctly. Do not believe the RJ Tilley TV advertisements.
