I worked with Jonny and Hilary over a 6-8 months period for initial quotes and design whilst my extension was in progress. There design service and expertise was invaluable with suggestions and inspiration on storage and design solution they even tweaked the design to disguise the waste stack once the build was underway. The fitting service was great, they immediately addressed a damaged panel and had a new one on site in a day. I highly recommend build my kitchen for product quality and their design service and would happily use them again in the future. although not planning on replacing my lovely kitchen just yet!

We recently moved into a new built house and we have a premium range kitchen; the developer would not build everything we wanted to have in our kitchen. We went through many options with different providers; to go back to the original supplier which was used by a developer was far too pricey, then we found Build My Kitchen. To start with, Johnny is extremely knowledgeable and he has a 'feel' for what you need.

So they completed the kitchen to our own spec, did high quality work at competitive price - built an excellent kitchen addition. (photo of peninsula, and laid quartz everywhere). They are very flexible, good listeners, and fair throughout the whole process. There is a synergy between the company and their subcontractors and you don't even feel these are different teams, they all work as one. Thank you Johnny and everyone at Build My Kitchen! This is regarding a kitchen remodel. I reluctantly went ahead with the order due to time constraints. I'm paying the price now. I was not able to get any custom work/sizes done; they only provide stock sizes. I like slightly deeper utensil drawers and I knew I couldn't get them from this place and it's been a headache ever since. My fault - I should have gone with a custom provider that I used previously. Also, parts (were ordered) came that we did not need.

We returned them but never got the credit that Greg promised. We used their quartz countertop supplier. Fit is perfect but quality is lacking; we later noticed several flaws due to the manufacturing process. The cabinets have held up so far so I can't complain about them. However, they are not a true 12" deep upper cabinets; actually only 11" deep usable depth. If you want the average kitchen remodel, then go for it. If you want anything custom, then go elsewhere.

Order my $30k kitchen cabinets from this store in 2011 - Greg Acon. He Would not service my cabinets when the hinges broke and as paint are chipping. Many months later- I am still waiting for a return call!
