We had a custom kitchen done with Plain & Fancy Custom Cabinetry. We reached out to Plain & Fancy customer support with an issue with dovetails starting to come apart or that came apart on a couple of draws. The response was that this is not something that is covered under the lifetime warranty. Since they are the ones that manufactured the draws I would believe this should be covered with what is called a lifetime warranty.
They have said we should use a refinisher to get the draws repaired. Now we want to make sure that others are aware of issues with the draws that Plain & Fancy has before they make the mistake of ordering custom cabinetry through a company that will not stand behind their product. WARNING be aware poor customer service and poor quality.

We can't recommend Plain & Fancy Custom Cabinetry enough. The whole team is so talented yet down to earth. They're just real people who are amazing craftsmen. The end product is absolutely incredible, and we receive compliments all the time on our kitchen.
