It is a very sad fact that I can not rate Formcove with 5 stars. The only reason they received 1 star is that I could not select zero. I recently contracted them to install safety bars and was told that they would be there Friday between 4 & 6pm. They never showed nor did I get a call saying they were going to be late or not be able to come. I received a call Monday morning saying they would like to come out today.
I had to move on and get the job done. I was told that the job was going to be done by their glass manager on his way home. This is sad if a manger doesn't follow through what does that say about the Company.

Form-Cove assisted me with a custom bathroom vanity back splash. Form-Cove provided professional and superior service. Charles was fantastic in helping me with my order and made the entire ordering process easy. They were able to turn my order around faster than any other company I called and they had the best pricing. I highly recommend this company. A very satisfied customer.

I was owed $50.00 back from the company for a header that could not be installed on a glass shower door. Mark who I believe is the owner said he would provide a refund. I contacted him 4 times via phone call and text message and informed him I never received payment. He apologized and said each time they started new office person and that he would get them to handle it. I never received payment. I would caution anybody doing business with this company but recommend working with other bathroom and door companies.
