My kitchen project has come to a completion and I am absolutely thrilled and impressed with the outcome. I had the pleasure of working with Andy Pelletier. Andy is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely talented. He took my design ideas and made them come to life while adding his own amazing ideas. He communicated well, followed through often. I used to deliver and work in the warehouse.the staff is very knowledgeable but the owner won't spend money on better carts that the cabinets go on. He doesn't pay the drivers or warehouse good at all. The work is very hard. So until David decides to pay a good wage, you most likely won't have happy deliveries or warehouse workers. Anothere problem is contractors sometimes order cabinets to be delivered at a certain address there storage facility and you get there to deliver, low and behold they now want it delivered to the house.

That's an extra charge and were on a schedule. Many contractors or installers say I'll give you 50 or a hundred $ if you do it. We have to say no and call our manager. If you get caught doing this u could be fired

This was the second kitchen we had done with Viking. Nicole was excellent and worked with us on fitting what we wanted within our budget. She was on top of everything and available whenever we had questions. Great cabinets, great service! We are very happy with our cabinets and countertop!

Viking Kitchens has a huge warehouse of stone. So much to select from. From their warm welcome, to knowledgeable and professional staff, working with Viking Kitchens was an easy choice. Shout out to Cindy who is truly good at listening and delivering exactly what you want!

Great quality cabinets. One star for the service I am receiving. I had cabinets delivered 4/30 but Viking cabinets called beforehand saying that they had to back order two cabinets because they were missing. The two cabinets were supposed to come by 5/8. As i'm writing this on 5/28 I still have not received these two cabinets. Got a call this week that they were coming today but when I called today they informed me that the cabinets will now likely come next Thursday 6/4 because of an issue with the delivery truck. No one informed me of this until I called. I understand we are going through a tough period due to COVID but this service has been frustrating.

I just had a Viking kitchen installed. It is breathtaking. The quality of the cabinets is excellent. I need to personally thank Dave and Dylan Planeta for their customer service. They went beyond professional and helpful. Their time and patience helped us design the kitchen of our dreams. Our installers were the best you could ask for. I give Viking Cabinets a 5 star rating in every way.
