Amazing service today at Rich's. We were looking for an inset cabinet door hinge that didn't exist. A gentleman talked us through some hinge options in a really generous way. He was thoughtful and knowledgeable throughout our conversation. We ended up asking him to make us two new doors to modernize the vanity and have it installed. The process was really great.

I had a horrible experience with this company, they charged me one hundred twenty five dollars for delivery on my countertop sent over one driver and expected my wife to help him carry the countertop into the house, then told her they would bring it back next day for another 125 dollars, also shorted me back splash and argued with me as if I was the villain, horrible customer service, should have used Home Depot

My hat's off to this company. Superior work. This company, Richwall did the cabinetry throughout my home. Top to bottom the craftsmanship of the crew that did the work surpassed my wife and mine expectations. What is more impressive it that one year after the build, I got a call from the owner himself. Ken called to offer us a FREE revisit touch up on all the cabinetry in our home. I could not be more pleased with Richwall.
The owner Ken, was very nice. Just a side note his office is in Taylor or someplace downriver. The distance is well over 60 miles one way. Ken and his friend Bob were very funny and friendly. Oh and the final bill came less than the quote.
