I have JSI cabinets and as my current GC has dropped off the face of the earth so I'm left with incomplete cabinets. I was informed by JSI that I needed to find a new distributer to help me finish. I was told by Discount Cabinets that they haven't sold JSI for two years and that they really don't deal with them (she proceeded to trash them). So I asked why is it still listed on their website? Was told they would still sell but would not help me with finishing my kitchen. I was calling for a quote so I wasn't asking them to do it for free. The designer was rude. I guess that is what you get for "Discount".

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value DO NOT buy from here! Bait and switch! You will not get what you ordered and will end up over paying for low quality! Can't get ahold of anyone for a resolution. Unless you want to pay a pretty dollar for something you didn't want go elsewhere!
